Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or if you have not paid us anything, then one hundred dollars (USD 100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain types of damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any claims arising from or related to the termination of your account.

UniqueApp makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or title. You assume all responsibility and risk for your use of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UniqueApp disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be in the courts located in UAE.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. We will make reasonable efforts to replace any invalid provision with a valid one that achieves the original intent of the invalid provision.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
